Feeds about 5 to 6 people.

  1. Fill a large cooking pot with water, about 5 cups of water for ½ kilo of pasta. Bring it to boil.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of salt.
  3. As the water is boiling, add the pasta and gently stir.
  4. While the pasta is cooking, stir it occasionally. If you are unsure about the cooking time, check the instructions on the pasta package.
  5. Once the pasta is soft enough, remove the pasta from the pot and drain it off of water.

  7. Add some drained pasta water to thicken the sauce.
